Junior Electrical Engineer with Eplan experience

Do you want to work with Eplan on high-quality electrical power engineering within international projects? In this role, you will create detailed designs for distribution systems in the rapidly growing data center sector. Does that sound like your ideal challenge?

As a Junior Eplan Engineer, you will work in our enthusiastic, diverse, and fast-growing team within Smart Infrastructure – Electrification & Automation in The Hague. You contribute to designing energy solutions for demanding customers both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will work closely with an experienced System Engineer and have plenty of room to develop yourself toward becoming an experienced Eplan Engineer. Due to short lead times and high customer expectations, no day is the same, and you will experience a high level of dynamism and impact in your work.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating electrical designs in Eplan.
  • Developing wiring diagrams, terminal lists, and bills of materials.
  • Supporting the Electrical System Engineer, including nameplate and load lists.
  • Handling various technical questions and challenges.
  • Generating complete drawing packages based on typicals/macros.

Requirements

  • You work with Eplan Electric P8; experience with Propanel is preferred.
  • You have completed an MBO level 4 education in Electrical Engineering.
  • You work accurately, critically, and show broad technical interest.
  • You easily switch between working independently and collaborating with others.
  • You are eager to further develop your skills in Eplan and apply them in data center projects.
  • You have excellent command of both Dutch and English.
