As a Junior Environment Artist at BULKHEAD, you’ll be building on your foundational industry experience to help shape immersive and visually engaging environments. Working alongside more Senior team members, you’ll contribute to the creation of props, modular assets, and larger environment scenes that align with the project’s artistic and technical goals.
You’ll be expected to demonstrate initiative when researching visual references and styles, with a growing understanding of how to create assets that are both visually appealing and technically sound. You’ll collaborate with Artists, Designers, and Production, applying feedback and gradually working with more independence as you refine your skills.
This role is designed to help you take the next step in your development—gaining confidence, consistency, and ownership over your work while continuing to learn from the team around you.
