Line Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing engineering projects
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports and documentation
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and data collection
• Participate in problem-solving and finding efficient engineering solutions
• Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery
• Understand and implement the principles of project management (scheduling, resource levelling, effective meetings, client relations);
• Site and Office Based Consultancy.

Requirements:

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields)
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of engineering tools and software is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must (both written and spoken).
• KSA Driving license & personal mode of transportation;
• Must be resident in Riyadh, KSA.
