About the Role

This position is responsible for all Assembly stations & tester machine maintenance activity. This includes, attending breakdown, equipment troubleshooting, anew machine installation, panel wiring, maintaining calibration of devices, Documentation activity, poke yoke, MTTR, FTT etc…

What You Will Do

• Troubleshooting & debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal

• Adherence to Assembly station & Test machines, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure.

• Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc… according to Industry standard

• Verifying & Validation of Poke yoke systems & line improvements.

• Basic knowledge in infotainment handling equipment’s

• Maintain all document check list like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, ESD check list etc…

• All running machine need to understand & debug

• In house development of fixture, jigs, control panel

• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

What You Need to Be Successful

• 2-5 Years in Automotive industry Strong knowledge in Basic Electronics, Panel Wiring & Schematics, Pneumatics, and Equipment troubleshooting, new equipment installation, Document activity, & having exposure in C coding, basic HW design & Mechanical design is added advantage.

What Makes You Eligible

• Education: Diploma in EEE or ECE

• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build and collaborate effectively within teams. Extensive experience in the testing domain.
