Ferring+You

You will join Ferring’s global ESG team within Group Finance and play a key role in the execution of Ferring’s energy strategy - an essential pillar of our decarbonization plan and journey towards net-zero. You will be working in close collaboration with Ferring’s Global Environmental Sustainability Lead, your key role will be to support the implementation of an energy management system across Ferring’s manufacturing sites worldwide.

Depending on your profile and experience, the role may also include broader sustainability and decarbonization activities, such as contributing to the achievement of Ferring’s science-based supplier engagement target and supporting the development of decarbonization roadmaps for non-manufacturing sites.

Your day at Ferring:

Related to the energy strategy, your role will include:

• Close collaboration with local sites to mature on-site energy management capabilities

• Analysis of energy meter data and analysis of energy flows

• Build energy consumption baselines and site KPIs

• Identify energy savings opportunities

• Design data validation and tracking approach

Behind our innovation... There's You

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering, energy management or similar.

• You have recently graduated or are early in your career

• Solid Understanding of energy management systems principles including ISO50’001 framework

• Basic knowledge of building and industrial utility systems (e.g.heating, cooling, steam, HVAC, ventilation)

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret energy data (PowerBI knowledge is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across countries and cultural and educational backgrounds

• Familiarity with manufacturing setup is a plus

• Knowledge of sustainability more generally is a plus
