We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Employee Lifecycle Specialist with strong Serbian skills to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR journey who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within an international and diverse environment.

About the Job

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle. You will support core HR processes, work with our global people systems, and gain hands‑on exposure to Serbian labor law and HR operations.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from hire to retire (including onboarding, job changes, working time changes, probation periods, and separations as well as time & attendance processes)
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data and documentation in line with defined KPIs
• Maintain high data quality across HR systems and generate reports from Workday and the time & attendance system
• Provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers, handling inquiries via ServiceNow
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Support global and local HR projects by assisting with tasks, preparing materials, and collaborating with team members
• Update operational manuals and create knowledge articles to support continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Professional experience in a similar role within an international setting would be an asset
• Excellent command of Serbian and English (speaking and writing), Spanish/Italian/Portuguese knowledge as an asset
• Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Time and attendance systems) – nice to have
• Good command of Excel
• Attention to details combined with teamwork and customer orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work and interface effectively across all levels of the organization
• Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude whenever possible
