Junior EMEA Recruiter

We're looking for a new person to join our team in Gdańsk!

Are you passionate about connecting people with exciting opportunities? As an Junior EMEA Recruiter at Arrow, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and screening top talent for technical, corporate, and sales roles across EMEA. Based in our Gdańsk office, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic EMEA Recruiting team, HR professionals, and hiring managers to help shape the future of Arrow - one hire at a time.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and connect with amazing candidates across EMEA for a variety of roles.

• Screen applicants and share your insights to help hiring managers make the best decisions.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team.

• Stay on top of local market trends to guide hiring strategies.

• Be part of a supportive, creative, and driven team that works together to meet goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous end-to-end recruiting experience across EMEA countries.

• Strong English (C1 level) communication skills—spoken and written.

• Strong communication skills - you can connect with and influence hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.

• You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, learning from others, and sharing knowledge.

• You are not afraid to think outside the box to improve recruitment effectiveness.
