Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser

Role Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Retail Management, or Digital Media/Marketing (advantageous)
  • Experience: 2 years in e-commerce merchandising, product admin, or similar
  • Skills: CMS proficiency, MS Office, product data management, UX understanding, marketing calendar support
  • Competencies: Accuracy, attention to detail, time management, deadline-driven, multi-tasking, customer-centric mindset, proactivity
  • Unique Work Conditions: Collaboration with multiple departments (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, etc.), fast-paced environment, flexible hours for launches/projects
Key Performance Areas:
  • Manage product data accuracy and completeness
  • Validate content prior to product launch
  • Ensure on-time product launches with accurate information
  • Manage website images and catalogues
  • Execute system processes for product setup
  • Conduct QA checks (images, categorization, pricing, availability)
  • Support marketing and promotional updates
