Role: Junior DTP Designer (fluent in Flemish & French)

Employment: 12-month FTC with a view to extend

Location: Asse, Belgium (onsite)

Asse is a town just northwest of Brussels, only 12-14 km away, with fast train and road connections. It’s effectively part of the greater Brussels commuting area.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail‑driven Junior DTP Designer to support the delivery of high‑quality executional design work across both print and digital channels. In this role, you will help ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all client marketing assets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys turning complex brand guidelines into flawless, production‑ready materials.

What you will be doing:


  • Creating and adapting layouts for print, POS, in‑store materials, weekly folders, and CLV shelf cards

  • Formatting, versioning, and resizing assets across digital, social, DOOH, and campaign deliverables.

  • Applying brand style guides, key visuals, and templates provided by TBWA and internal teams.

  • Executing updates for weekly promotional cycles with speed and accuracy.

  • Collaborating closely with campaign, local market, and CLV teams to ensure all deliverables reflect the full campaign story.

  • Preparing print‑ready files, ensuring all technical specifications are correct.Helping build and maintain a library of reusable templates to drive efficiency.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Fluency in Flemish and French languages.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in DTP, production design, or a similar studio environment.
  • Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Excellent understanding of print production processes, file set‑up, and pre‑press requirements.
  • Experience in high‑volume retail or FMCG design is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, organised mindset and the ability to manage multiple briefs.
