  Supporting investor onboarding and ongoing client communication
• 
  Assisting with preparation and distribution of investor materials (fact sheets, updates, presentations)
• 
  Outreach to prospects and lead generation
• 
  Managing CRM records and tracking investor interactions
• 
  Liaising with Chinese-speaking investors and partners (email, calls, follow-ups)
• 
  Coordinating meetings, follow-ups and administrative support for the distribution team
• 
  General office-based operational and support tasks
• 
  Working and reporting directly to the directors and shareholders of the firm and supporting where required

Requirements

• 
  Fluent or native Chinese and English speaker (essential)
• 
  Graduate level (finance, economics, business or similar preferred)
• 
  Has previous experience in financial services sales
• 
  Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• 
  Confident communicator with a professional manner
• 
  Willing to learn and take responsibility over time
• 
  Comfortable working both remotely and in an office environment
