Purpose and Objective
The Junior Distribution Associate is part of the Distribution Team, whose purpose is to represent Banner Life’s Family of Companies’ values by ensuring a great experience for clients, building trusted relationships with intermediaries, and facilitating growth opportunities for the company.
This role sits at the intersection of deal execution and team operations, combining transaction support responsibilities with ownership of core coordination and governance processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of US PRT transactions, supporting transaction leads on live opportunities, and is expected to grow within the team over time by taking direct ownership of smaller, less complex transactions.

Benefits
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The current bonus target for the position is 5% of the base salary with a stretch to twice the target, modified for corporate and individual performance.
