Job Purpose: The Junior Digital Workplace Analyst (Part-Time) is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes. accurate financial tracking and operational support across DERMA IT.

Responsibilities/Results

The job holder:

  • Supports daily operational needs within Derma Digital Workplace
  • Prepares basic operational follow-ups related to Digital Workplace topics
  • Acts as a support point for Digital Workplace escalations, helping coordinate next steps with all stakeholders
  • Supports basic budget and actuals follow-up for Digital Workplace and IT operational topics (Purchase Orders' creation, Good Receipt, Invoice Posting, Budget tracking)

Requirements

  • Experience in admin support, finance ops, procurement, or PMO
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English language (written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with multicultural teams.
