As a Junior Digital Transformation Analyst, you help turn ambition into action. At the crossroads of business, data and AI, you contribute to data products and AI agents that truly change how our Support Departments work. What you’ll do
In this role, you contribute to building data products that improve data quality, accessibility and governance for Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Strategy.
With Python and SQL, you write and improve code to extract, transform and model data across our platforms.
Working with tools like dbt and Snowflake, you help develop scalable, governed data pipelines.
Together with senior experts, you help design and build AI agents that automate workflows and support decision-making across the organization.
Close collaboration with IT, senior data and AI experts helps you learn how to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
You explain what you build in clear, accessible language and actively engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and value.
What you bring
A Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, data science or a related field gives you a strong foundation for this role.
Through an internship, academic project or personal initiative, you have had a first exposure to data, coding or automation — or you bring a strong motivation to learn fast.
Python and SQL are tools you are comfortable with, or eager to grow in, and you enjoy turning data into usable insights.
Your curiosity for GenAI, agentic AI and AI-assisted development drives you to build real solutions responsibly.
In ambiguous situations, you think clearly and take initiative when given a direction rather than a script.
You communicate confidently in English and in French and/or Dutch, and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.7
