You’ll support campaigns across social media and email, helping to increase engagement, brand awareness, and sales for Red Bull sports teams and events. This hands-on junior role offers real responsibility and room to grow. You’ll contribute ideas, manage content calendars, brief creatives, and analyze performance data while gradually taking ownership of campaigns and productions.

Job Description

EMAIL MARKETING

In this role, you'll support the planning, development, and scheduling of email campaigns in Bloomreach, helping deliver product launches, sports moments, and brand activations. The position will also involve assisting with audience segmentation and targeting to enhance campaign relevance and engagement. You'll help maintain and develop the email marketing calendar, coordinate newsletter content with internal project owners, and support the setup and optimization of automated CRM and email workflows. Monitoring campaign performance and contributing insights to improve future campaigns will also form part of your responsibilities.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You'll support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content through Sprinklr across Red Bull Shop and project-specific channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. The role will also include assisting with campaign activations related to product launches, team moments, and events. Staying up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices will be essential. In addition, you'll track and report on performance metrics across channels while identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.

CONTENT IDEATION AND PRODUCTION

As part of the role, you'll contribute social-first content ideas for product launches, events, and sports moments, while supporting the development of content briefs for internal creative and post-production teams. Collaboration with external creatives will be key to bringing campaign concepts to life and ensuring that all content meets brand guidelines and platform best practices. You'll take an active role in social content productions, helping coordinate internal stakeholders, external creatives, and post-production teams to deliver high-performing content. When required, you'll represent the Red Bull Shop team on-site at content productions and events.
