Junior Digital Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• Create digital assets for E-Commerce projects, including landing pages, banners, newsletters, advertising, and other digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with the Content Team E-Commerce to design and optimize landing pages for various product launches and campaigns that drive sales and conversions
• Ensure are visually engaging, user-friendly design, that is aligned with the overall branding
• Ensure high quality and consistency standards, by image resizing and retouching
• Assist in prototyping landing page concepts and ensure that design is visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall design and branding
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the Content Team E-Commerce to develop innovative landing page concepts that enhance the customer journey
• Handle graphic design requests efficiently and meet deadlines while ensuring a high quality standard
• Stay up to date with digital design trends and competitors' visual strategies

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Early career professional with foundational experience in digital graphic design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in UX design and familiarity with user-centered design principles is preferred
• Understanding of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple design projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (and German is a plus)
