As a Junior Demand Planner, you will contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes, being at the forefront of leveraging data to drive business success. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments, where you'll collect, analyse, and present data-driven solutions to support our growing business.
Responsibilities
Inventory Forecasting and Demand Planning
Produce purchase orders and recommended quantities for multiple suppliers.
Manage stock levels to reduce overstock and obsolescence.
Creation and maintenance of product codes within the ERP
Devise and introduce process improvements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to apply appropriate market intelligence to the forecast.
Skills and Experience
Inventory forecasting or demand planning experience
Experience working with multiple data sources.
Advanced Excel experience (minimum V-Lookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise in a dynamic environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity.
Detail-oriented and capable of working with large datasets.
Fluent English & Spanish (C2 bilingual/C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages advantageous
