We are looking for a motivated Junior Dealer to join our Dealing Operations team in Limassol.

This is an entry-level opportunity to learn real-time risk, pricing, and execution in a highly automated,

technology-driven trading environment. You will work alongside experienced dealers, learning how client

exposure is managed, how hedging is executed, and how pricing and liquidity are maintained across

multiple asset classes.

No prior dealing experience is required! What matters most is curiosity, a strong desire to learn quickly,

and genuine interest in financial markets and how a modern broker-dealer operates.

You will learn on a live dealing desk from day one — asking questions, following market events, and

building sound operational judgement under the guidance of senior team members

Key Responsibilities

• Support real-time monitoring of client exposure across eToro’s multi-asset platform under senior dealer guidance.

• Use in-house dealing tools and internal dashboards to assist with exposure, pricing, and execution monitoring.

• Support adherence to the company’s risk limits and internal risk parameters.

• Support pricing oversight: monitor feeds, markups, and liquidity providers; escalate issues and assist with adjustments during volatile or low-liquidity conditions.

• Observe and gradually assist with hedging activity in line with desk procedures.

• Contribute to daily P&L and exposure reporting; follow market events and learn how the desk manages risk, including overnight and weekend exposure.

Requirements

• No prior dealing experience required — this role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn.

• Openness to using AI-assisted tools to support analysis, monitoring, and day-to-day dealing workflows.

• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and how modern broker-dealer operations work.

• Comfort working with data and internal tools; exposure to SQL, Python, Excel, or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, real-time environment.

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, public holidays, and weekends where required.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback.

• Fluency in English.
