HRSI is looking for Junior Dealer/Dealer for one of its leading client in Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Execute Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, and Fixed Income transactions as per approved limits and treasury strategy.
• 
  Monitor local and international financial markets, interest rates, exchange rates, and economic trends.
• 
  Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and market counterparties.
• 
  Assist in managing daily liquidity and funding requirements of the bank.
• 
  Ensure all treasury transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• 
  Prepare daily treasury reports, market updates, and position reports for management review.
• 
  Coordinate with Middle Office and Back Office for trade confirmations and settlements.
• 
  Support senior dealers in treasury trading and investment activities.
• 
  Monitor open positions and ensure exposures remain within approved risk limits.
• 
  Assist in pricing and quotation of treasury products for internal and external clients.
• 
  Stay updated with State Bank regulations, treasury products, and market practices.

Education & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
