Corporate Title Junior Officer to Senior Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Junior Data Product Manager

In this role you will support the development, lifecycle management, and business alignment of enterprise data products under the guidance of senior product managers. You will gain foundational product management experience by assisting with backlog grooming, documentation, and operational activities.

What the role will entail

• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of data products, including vision, delivery, operations, and deprecation.
• Maintain product roadmaps, use cases, metrics, and documentation to support ongoing product development.
• Translate business priorities into product requirements and measurable outcomes, while helping track OKRs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Operations, and Technology to capture and document needs.
• Support governance by defining SLAs, access controls, metadata, and lineage requirements, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with delivery teams to manage backlogs, sprints, and releases, driving timely and high-quality product delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in either Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
• Certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Data Governance, or Cloud platforms preferred but not required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in data operations, analysis, or digital projects, including internships or academic work.
• Basic knowledge of product management, data modeling, governance, metadata, catalog tools, and agile delivery practices; familiarity with data platforms, APIs, dashboards, and BI/analytics use cases.
• Preferred exposure to banking domains and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL basics, Tableau/Power BI, and data catalog solutions.
