The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer to support client data integrations and master data management. You’ll unify data across systems like Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Gusto using Syncari — an MDM (Master Data Management) platform — ensuring clean, consistent, trusted data flows across all client systems.

This role directly supports our AI agent initiatives — the unified data foundation you build is what makes everything else possible.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Engineering, Senior Data Engineer, and Client Onboarding team to get new clients up and running.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain data integrations and master data pipelines for new and existing clients
• Unify and normalize data across source systems (Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Gusto, etc.)
• Define schema mappings, data hierarchies, and sync rules
• Set up data quality rules and monitor data health
• Troubleshoot sync failures and data conflicts
• Document configurations and client-specific data models
• Collaborate with engineers to improve templates and standardize processes

What We're Looking For

Required
