We are seeking a Replenishment Solutions Data Analyst to support supply chain optimization and reporting functions. This role involves analyzing large datasets, developing insights, testing hypotheses, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to enhance supply chain decision-making.

Position Title Replenishment Solutions Data Analyst
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop insights to support business decisions and validate hypotheses for optimizing supply chain processes.
- Work with proof-of-concept data to assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
- Create and refine analytical models, scenario planning tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions by leveraging SQL, Excel, and analytical tools.
- Prototype tools and automate processes to enhance supply chain operations and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into analytical insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and reporting automation (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).
Nice to Have- Experience working with Python for data processing (Pandas, NumPy).
- Exposure to ETL processes and data transformation.
- Understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
