Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business and operational needs
Perform data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Transform and organize raw data into structured and usable formats
Write basic queries or use data tools to extract and analyze data
Identify discrepancies in data and support the team in resolving issues
Communicate progress, findings, and potential issues clearly with team members
Support ongoing improvements in data documentation and data processes
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Operations, or similar role (internship experience is also welcome)
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize and work with structured datasets
Good communication skills and willingness to learn from the team
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
