Buscamos Junior Customer Support con mentalidad analítica, orientación al detalle y pasión por el servicio al cliente. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la calidad y precisión de los datos que alimentan nuestros análisis de mercado, trabajando con metodologías globales y herramientas de automatización de última generación.
Serás responsable de ofrecer servicio a nuestros clientes internos y externos, asegurando que todas las consultas y preguntas de los clientes se resuelvan de manera eficiente utilizando las plataformas propietarias de NielsenIQ. El trabajo se centrará en el soporte al cliente a través de NSS/MSD para la priorización de tareas y la resolución de solicitudes de clientes, con el fin de proporcionar una experiencia satisfactoria al cliente con actualizaciones y respuestas oportunas y precisas
Objetivo
Un exitoso Jr. Customer Support gestiona consultas y solicitudes de diferentes clientes de NielsenIQ. Esta persona será responsable de asegurar respuestas claras y precisas que resuelvan consultas y solicitudes sobre todos los servicios de NIQ (Retail, Scantrack, CPS, Retail Vetical, etc.). Se espera que garantice una entrada correcta, un análisis completo de la data, con actualizaciones frecuentes para lograr la mejor respuesta posible, asegurando una experiencia eficiente para el cliente.
