We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist with Spanish to support our CS team. This is your chance to become part of a growing, international team and make a real impact in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the job

As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience our customers expect from Swarovski. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering high‑quality, consistent customer support by guiding customers through product selections, promotions, order details, and brand information with clarity and care

  • Responding to chat, email, and phone inquiries within established KPIs, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication

  • Resolving customer queries and complaints by actively listening, identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining impeccable data accuracy across all systems to support smooth operations and a flawless customer experience

  • Handling sensitive information responsibly, including payment and personal data, in full compliance with local regulations such as GDPR

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, supporting standardization efforts, and helping drive efficiency and quality enhancements across the team

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Demonstrates strong customer focus through attentive listening and warm, professional communication across chat, email, and phone

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional languages (Italian or Portuguese) considered a strong advantage.

  • Works responsibly and proactively, consistently meeting deadlines and resolving issues thoroughly.

  • Represents Swarovski with elegance, courtesy, and confidence, values premium service and accuracy

  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, open to feedback, and effective in team collaboration.
