Junior Customer Service Specialist with German

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Contribute to delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric experience
• Grow your skills through Alcon’s training and development programs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in daily tasks through strong attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Very good German (spoken and written)
• Good English skills
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication abilities
• Attention to detail and focus on delivering high‑quality work
• Learning agility and openness to developing new skills
• High level of engagement in daily responsibilities
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Motivation to grow within a global healthcare company
