Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Junior Customer Excellence officer (client facing role).

The role in more details

Support the functions of your Customer Excellence department

• Act as the primary administrator for CRM systems, ensuring configurations and updates support business objectives.
• Manage user roles and permissions within CRM systems, ensuring secure access for sales, marketing, and other teams.
• Maintain high-quality master data and oversee the setup of key CRM functionalities, including territory alignments and activity tracking.
• Onboard new users, provide user training, and support issue resolution.
• Ensure that all new capabilities are in place and working effectively to all users

Data Analysis & Insights

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance to all platforms
• Support brand teams on ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Data collection from agreed source.

To be successful at this role you need the following

• University degree in Business administration, Data science or related degree
• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• MBA or Masters Degree would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of Greek & English language
• Customer centric mentality
• Problem Solving skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
• CRM systems
• SAP capabilities desired
• Advanced MS office user (expert in Excel)
