As a Junior or Regular Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers in the Europe, supporting the order‑to‑cash process in line with Hempel’s vision and values.

You will work closely with international colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth operational flow.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end sales order in the ERP system (e.g. facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions and invoicing)
  • Handling return order process and driving resolution of non-technical customer complaints.
  • Supporting customer inquiries (e.g. quotations order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information).
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Services).
  • Ensure data accuracy in invoicing, sales orders, and credit/debit notes processing.
  • Building strong collaboration with the commercial organization on orders.

What do you need to have?

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order to Cash or similar role.
  • Very good English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • University degree in relevant field would be a plus.
  • Working experience with ERP systems would be an advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) .
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
  • Open-minded team player, able to work independently when needed.
