About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Creative AI Operator / Developer to support an internal Design team by operating, developing, and optimizing AI-driven creative solutions.

The role combines AI development, image generation, 3D content creation, synthetic data generation, and automation, with a strong focus on producing high-quality, photorealistic visual outputs for automotive design applications.

You will work in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment where creativity, technical problem-solving, and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into practical solutions are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and develop AI-based solutions supporting internal automotive Design workflows.

• Build and optimize image-generation and 3D-generation pipelines.

• Work with image-generation tools and node-based workflows, including Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and ComfyUI.

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation and data-processing workflows.

• Create, prepare, structure, and manage large-scale 3D datasets for automotive applications.

• Support the development and fine-tuning of generative AI models for automotive use cases.

• Perform LoRA training and image-model fine-tuning.

• Develop and optimize synthetic data pipelines for high-quality automotive datasets.

• Implement multiprocessing and automation solutions to improve rendering and data-collection efficiency.

• Work with Blender for 3D content creation, processing, rendering, and dataset generation.

• Establish efficient dataset structures and support collaborative data-collection workflows.

• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges and iterate quickly based on feedback.

• Deliver high-quality results within tight project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Blender and 3D workflows.

• Practical experience with modern AI image-generation tools, preferably including Flux, Krea, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and ComfyUI.

• Experience with LoRA training and fine-tuning of image-generation models.

• Experience collecting, preparing, and managing large 3D datasets.

• Understanding of 3D generative models and experience adapting or fine-tuning them for automotive or comparable applications.

• Proven experience building or optimizing synthetic data pipelines.

• Strong understanding of multiprocessing, automation, rendering, and efficient data collection.

• Knowledge of effective dataset structures and collaborative data-management practices.

• Ability to work effectively in research-heavy, project-based environments.

• Ability to quickly learn new AI tools, models, and workflows.
