Role Mission

At SAMY, The Creative Team is responsible for being the layer that transforms insightful strategies and data into incredible, show-stopper ideas that have true impact. The Junior Creative will play a vital role in bringing fresh ideas and approaches to our briefs - and the agency mission of helping to Make Brands Matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working up creative strategies and ideas for the world’s biggest brands

  • Flexing your Art Direction and Copywriting skills

  • Consistently bringing innovative solutions or best practice examples to the agency

  • Presenting work and solutions to the wider team

  • Adding value in creative direction discussion

  • Putting forward reactive content ideas for our core clients

  • Heading out on creative shoots or with the design team - supporting the direction of creative output to bring the vision to life

  • Working across all accounts & any creative task with a positive attitude

  • Working on new business pitches

  • Contributing to thought leaderships, blogs and SAMY marketing

Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • A killer portfolio or examples of innovative thinking

  • A solid understanding and interest in advertising, social media and cultural trends

  • A good communicator, both verbally, visually and via copy

  • Someone who’s eager to learn, and who has a collaborative mindset
