HHG Legal Group is seeking a friendly, motivated and professional Junior Corporate Receptionist to join our Perth CBD office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in customer service, retail or hospitality and is ready to transition into their first corporate office environment.

What a day looks like in this role

No two days are ever the same! This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that plays an important part in the day-to-day success of our Perth office. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll help create an exceptional first impression while also supporting the smooth running of the office behind the scenes. If you enjoy keeping busy, helping others and being at the heart of a team, you'll thrive in this role.

Your day may include:

• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms
• Processing client payments and assisting with administrative tasks
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Assisting with document handling and confidential information
• Helping maintain the presentation of reception, meeting rooms and shared office areas
• Providing administrative support to our legal and corporate services teams
• Assisting with office events, catering and general office coordination
• Learning new systems and developing valuable administrative skills within a professional environment

You'll likely be someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• A proactive problem solver who takes initiative
• Driven to learn and build a long-term corporate career
• Professional in both your presentation and communication
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, or willing to quickly learn new systems
• Someone with previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role (highly regarded but not essential)
