Role purpose:

To support the setup, maintenance, and
adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation, improving
operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative workload across the
business.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the configuration, testing, and
  maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
• 
  Assist with Power Automate workflows
  (notifications, reminders, approvals).
• 
  Maintain SharePoint lists and approved
  content used by automations and Copilot.
• 
  Perform testing, basic troubleshooting,
  and documentation.
• 
  Provide first-line user support and assist
  with adoption.
• 
  Ensure adherence to data governance and
  POPIA requirements.
• 
  Provide support role.
• 
  Documented processes and instructions.
• 
  Escalates complex technical or compliance
  matters.
