Job Description

With your team spirit and interpersonal skills, you excel at driving and implementing cross-departmental projects and initiatives in Operations from the initial idea to a successful go-live. In this role, you will translate business and operational needs into clear, executable concepts for our copackers and external partners, always ensuring a holistic end-to-end view across the value chain.

The Copacker Management Team acts as an interface between Red Bull's functional areas and copackers. The Team acts as an important point of contact for internal and external stakeholders representing Red Bull’s interests with Copackers and Copackers’ interests within Red Bull.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a Copacker Project Manager, you will plan, structure, and manage cross-functional projects and roadmap initiatives within Operations, as well as with copackers and business partners. You will organize, facilitate, and document project meetings and workshops to secure alignment, decisions, and progress. You will coordinate and align the business needs of Red Bull departments with those of our partners, and the business needs of our partners with Red Bull departments. Furthermore, you will align and coordinate relevant initiatives within the internal World of Red Bull.

STAKEHOLDER & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

You will act as the primary point of contact for all internal and copacker stakeholders within your projects, ensuring transparent and timely communication. This includes preparing and sharing clear project updates, decision papers, and next steps tailored to different stakeholder groups. Moreover, you will identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities and coordinate all relevant stakeholders within the internal and external partner environment to ensure successful completion. To be successful in this role, building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer collaboration across functions and partners, and addressing issues and escalations proactively, is crucial.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

You will identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across processes, tools, and collaboration models together with internal and external partners, translating them into concrete initiatives with clear targets and measurable impact. You will capture project learnings and best practices and translate them into improved standards, tools, and ways of working across the extended production and supply network. Moreover, you will proactively apply these insights to other initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Production Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field

Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Proven experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

A cross-functional mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to work

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and situational sensitivity, enabling you to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and foster trustworthy, solution-oriented collaboration.

Solid technical and process understanding/experience to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and navigate complex, interdependent operational processes.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
