We’re looking for a Junior Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Execute and support the group’s financial reporting and accounting operations – from monthly close processes through consolidated reporting to board-level presentations.

• Coordinate the consolidation process for global subsidiaries, providing professional accounting guidance and ensuring alignment across all entities.

• Support group treasury operations, including cash flow management and mitigating FX exposures in a complex, multi-currency environment.
  
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance (Tax, Transfer Pricing) and smooth audit cycles.
  
• Identify, implement, and champion AI tools and automation to streamline finance workflows and increase efficiency.

Who you are

• CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms; Experience with High-Tech/Fintech companies.
  
• Prior experience as an Assistant Controller in a global company operating within a multi-currency environment - a significant advantage.
  
• Experience using and implementing AI tools in finance - advantage.
  
• Excellent English (written and verbal).
  
• Hardworking, curious, and eager to learn.
