Build the Future of Data-Driven Mobility – from Barcelona

Volkswagen Group Services is excited to inform that Volkswagen Group Info Services AG and Volkswagen Digital:Hub are joining forces to create something new in Barcelona: a dedicated “GIS:Hub” with a clear focus on commercial B2B data business. This is more than a new innovative Hub. It is the start of a joint journey at the intersection of automotive expertise and digital innovation.

The GIS:Hub brings together the best of two worlds:
• Deep automotive and data expertise from Volkswagen Group Info Services.
• An agile, digital, hands-on environment from the Volkswagen Digital: Hub.

Together, we aim to advance the digital value creation across the entire vehicle life cycle.

Our culture:

We are looking for pioneers – people who are excited to build, shape and grow something from the ground up. People who enjoy taking ownership, contributing ideas and turning concepts into real products with measurable business value.

Our focus is on developing data-driven B2B products that create real impact for customers, partners and the Volkswagen ecosystem.
Where Automotive Meets Digital

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Contract Manager to support our Sales team in managing B2B data licensing agreements across our product portfolio. In this role, you'll take ownership of recurring, operational contract activities and work side by side with an experienced Data Licensing Manager, building a strong foundation in commercial contract management within an international automotive-data environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contract renewals: Support the end-to-end renewal of customer agreements including contract development, customer coordination, signing-process steering, and status reporting to ensure a seamless, gap-free contractual basis and continued revenue realization.
  • Contract updates: Prepare, tailor, and version contract documents for customer-specific needs to unlock cross- and up-selling potential while improving accuracy and compliance.
  • Signing processes: Fully own, manage, and steer the digital signing process (e.g. DocuSign, Documill) from preparation and quality management to customer communication and document-repository management.
  • Contract negotiations: Support negotiations between Key Account Management and customers through document preparation and review-process management, following up on agreed actions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a point of contact between Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product, and help drive continuous improvement of our contract processes.

Your Profile

  • A completed degree or comparable qualification; first experience in contract management, legal operations, sales support, or a related field is a plus (career starters welcome).
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, for customer-facing and internal communication; German skills are an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Solid project management and reporting capabilities, including the ability to structure tasks, track progress, and communicate status clearly.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a structured, deadline-oriented way of working.
  • Confident use of MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint); familiarity with DocuSign, Documill, and Salesforce is an advantage.

What We Offer

If you're looking for a place where you can grow fast, take real ownership, and learn from people who do this every day — you've found it. Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Room to grow into a key role — an opportunity to develop into a central contract management position within a dynamic, international data-licensing business.
  • Learn from the best — hands-on exposure to commercial, legal, and operational topics that few entry-level roles offer.
  • A team that has your back — a collaborative culture where your ideas count and where you can actively shape and improve how we work.

Join us at GIS:HUB to advance your career in a role where your administrative skills will directly contribute to the success and smooth operation of our innovative projects.
