Job Purpose
This role will be involved in providing general contractual support across procurement, contract administration, and other contractual matters across the project.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will focus on maximising efficiency and effectiveness in all contractual matters, leading to the implementation of improvement programs and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The Contracts Administrator will support the development and maintenance of a coordinated approach to contractual matters for UGL Regional Linx, seeking value for money, relationship management, and performance management of suppliers and contractors.
The role includes providing advice on various aspects of contract administration and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Provide expert and authoritative advice and support on contractual matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of contractual strategies and plans.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on contractual issues and resolutions.
Support contract managers in developing and implementing robust contract procurement plans and schedules.
Identify risks or opportunities and work with contract managers to implement robust financial and procurement controls.
Maintain contract registers, templates, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate the implementation of preferred supplier agreements, including project planning and communication.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or qualifications in business, engineering, finance, supply chain, or law.
Sound experience within complex contractual environments.
A solid understanding of Strategic Supply Planning, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Law, and Contract Management.
