We’re currently looking for talented students seeking a career in management consulting to join our fast-growing Digital Transformation practice in the summer of 2026. We’re hiring for multiple positions and are looking for individuals with diverse skills and interests to fill various areas of expertise within the field of Digital Transformation.
What you’ll do
The role will be shaped around your profile, but you should be passionate about one or more of the areas below. In your application, please highlight which areas best match your interests and experience.
The workload will be approximately 2–3 days per week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we’re aware that there will be times when you are busy with assignments and exams.
What you’ll bring
As a junior consultant at Implement, you’ll handle a variety of tasks depending on the projects we’re running, both internally and externally. However, we expect that you’ll do most of your work for external clients in collaboration with colleagues from Implement. On such projects, your areas of responsibility may vary from analysis, preparation, and execution of workshops to managing certain parts of a project.
As part of a project, you’ll carry out work and analysis that form an important basis for decisions. Thus, it’s crucial that you can conduct analyses, put them into a strategic and process-related perspective, and present them in an understandable way.
First of all, we’re looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to Digital Transformation. Secondly, we imagine you:
We’re looking for people who can challenge us and our thinking but also want to learn from experienced consultants.
What do we offer?
We offer a job in a fast-growing, top-tier Scandinavian-based consultancy, where you’ll become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will help take your strategic and analytical skills to the next level.
We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we highly value your personal and professional development, offering internal training opportunities, social events, and more. If you perform well as a junior consultant, there is a possibility of permanent employment as a full-time consultant after you graduate.
Join us to experience a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a company aiming to redefine the management consulting industry from within.
Make your next move matter.
Deadline
Please apply before 30 April 2026. Interviews will be held in May.
