Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed eye examinations to assess patient vision and detect ocular disorders.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning of various eye conditions.
• Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of senior ophthalmologists.
• Provide patient education regarding eye health, treatments, and preventative care.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology.

Requirements

• Medical degree with completion of an ophthalmology residency program.
• Valid medical license to practice ophthalmology in the relevant region.
• Board eligibility or certification in ophthalmology preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of ocular diseases and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
