Job Description

Our Senior Consultants:

• Work on projects with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team
• Lead workstreams or small projects, owning and shaping the intellectual content within key deliverables
• Develop leadership and coaching capabilities
• Take part in some business development activities & are developing their entrepreneurial skills
• Often play a lead role in organising internal Gate One events

What you'll bring:

• around 4-6 years client facing consulting experience, ideally mostly gained within other recognised consulting organisations
• change and transformation projects within life sciences are a current priority. Relevant projects could include: customer experience, employee engagement strategies, customer-first operating models, launch excellence for new products, marketing excellence (pre & post product launch), growth strategy, brand strategy, AI, data and technology, enterprise transformation, health tech, digital therapeutics, innovation, sustainability etc
• Emerging talent & aspiration to develop your leadership and coaching skills.
