Join our Financial Services team and help banks, asset managers and other financial institutions transform their business, operations and technology.

Your Role

Contribute to business and technology transformation projects.
Analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
Support process redesign, operating model and organisational initiatives.
Prepare structured analyses, presentations and steering materials.
Coordinate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders.
Contribute to proposals, client presentations and market initiatives.

Your Profile

You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
You have up to three years of experience in consulting, financial services, business analysis or project delivery.
You are interested in banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or financial markets.
You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills.
You are proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.
You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
