As a JuniorConsultant,youwillbepart ofprojectteamssupportingfinancialinstitutionsintheDACHregionwiththetransformationoftheirprocesses,systemsandservices
Fromdayone,youwillbeactivelyinvolvedinclientwork

Whatyouwillbeinvolvedin:

• Clientanalysisandunderstanding: I dentifyingclientneeds,analysingbusinessprocessesandspottingopportunitiesforimprovementYouwillworkwithdata,documentationand userscenarios

• Solutiondesign: C ontributingtothetechnology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and support business transformationin banking or insurance environments(e.gdigitalization,automation,reporting) inagile delivery withclosecooperationwithbusiness,ITandprojectteams

• Directclientcommunication: G atheringrequirements,participatingindiscussionsandpresentingprojectoutputs,primarilyinGerman

• Implementationsupport: Supportingtherolloutofsolutionsintopractice,testingsystems,preparingdocumentationandcoordinatingtasks

Whoisthisroleidealfor?

• Youarefluentin Germanat C1 levelandhaveEnglish atleastat B2 level, andyouwanttoactivelyusebothlanguagesinaninternationalenvironment

• Youare a recentgraduateorhaveupto 1yearofrelevantexperience,forexampleinConsultingtechnologyconsulting,Digitaltransformation, Product, Project, or Delivery-orientedroles(e.gBusinessAnalyst,Consulting Management roles,Productor Servicecoordination)in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries

• Youhold a universitydegreeinEconomics,Business,Financeor incombinedbusinessITfieldssuchas BusinessInformatics, BusinessEngineering,DigitalTransformation, Management orAnalytics, or arelateddiscipline

• Youareinterestedintheintersectionof business andtechnologyandwanttogrowinareassuchas business anddataanalytics,automation,agileenvironmentsorIT supportedbusinessprocesses (withouttheneedfordeeptechnicalexpertise)

• Youareableto analyzecomplextopicsandcommunicatethem clearly,feelcomfortableworkingwithvariousstakeholdersfrombothbusiness and IT, andtakeaproactiveapproachtoyourwork

• Youaremotivatedto learn,growandgraduallytakeon moreresponsibilityas part of aconsultingcareer
