WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

• As a Junior Communications Specialist at Gameloft Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our communication efforts both internally and externally.
• The position is ideal for someone who is passionate about gaming and communications and has a desire to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What it means on a daily basis

• Content Creation: Contribute to the development of compelling and creative content across social media platforms, press releases, newsletters, and a wide range of communication materials to effectively build our brand presence.
• Event Coordination: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, ensuring smooth operations and engaging experiences for internal teams and external audiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report the performance of communication initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights that help optimize strategies and enhance future impact.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand their communication needs and professionally align actions to deliver clear, consistent messaging.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for community engagement.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) and office tools (PowerPoint).

Additional Information

Work Location and Hours:

• Work location: 207C Nguyen Xi, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
