Junior – Client Services / Policy Support (m/f)

Our client is a well-established company in the insurance sector, recognized for delivering high-quality client service. They are currently looking to hire a Junior – Client Services / Policy Support (m/f).

Location: Luanda, Angola

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Management, or related fields;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or client support (preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred);
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and internal systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Relationship team in managing policies (inclusions, exclusions, and updates);
  • Conduct policy comparisons and prepare benchmarking summaries;
  • Assist with renewal processes and follow-up with clients<
  • Coordinate routine client inquiries and escalate technical matters when required;
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of documentation in internal systems;
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Relationship Director;
  • Maintain high responsiveness and service consistency;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client service and policy management processes.
