Job Description

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketplace account management, fashion buying, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, or brand management.
  • Experience managing marketplace sellers, fashion brands, or vendor accounts is preferred.
  • Experience in modest fashion, womenswear, Raya collections, or local fashion brands is an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to assortment planning, product selection, sales performance tracking, campaign planning, or seller coordination is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of fashion retail, modestwear trends, marketplace business, and seasonal campaigns, especially Raya.
  • Able to support basic buying tasks such as:
    • Product selection
    • Assortment planning
    • Pricing follow-up
    • Stock and SKU tracking
    • Campaign SKU submission
    • Bestseller and slow-mover tracking
  • Strong account management skills, including:
    • Seller follow-up
    • Brand relationship management
    • Product onboarding
    • Campaign coordination
    • Issue resolution
  • Comfortable analysing basic sales data, including sales, stock, sell-through, revenue, discount, and campaign performance
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work closely with internal teams such as Marketplace, Buying, RBO, Marketing, Content, Studio, Operations, and Finance

  • Strong follow-up skills and able to manage multiple brands at once.
  • Commercially minded with good fashion sense.
  • Able to work under pressure, especially during Raya peak period
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Good problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Willing to support RBO management during Raya peak season when business needs require.
