Junior Buyer

Are you looking to start your career in Procurement and gain valuable experience in an international manufacturing company? We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Buyer to join our Procurement team and support day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier communication, and the identification of effective solutions.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with some initial experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain who are eager to learn and develop their career.

What will you be responsible for?

• Creating purchase orders and monitoring on-time delivery.
• Communicating with suppliers and resolving queries, discrepancies, or delivery delays.
• Comparing and evaluating quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Supporting the identification and evaluation of new suppliers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
• Cooperating with the Warehouse team to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Maintaining purchasing data and documentation in Excel and the ERP system.
• Preparing procurement reports and basic analyses.
• Supporting senior colleagues in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and company standards.

What are we looking for?

• You have completed, or are currently completing, a degree in Economics, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You are interested in Procurement and motivated to further develop your skills in this area.
• You are comfortable working with MS Excel; experience with an ERP system is an advantage.
• You have strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• You are communicative, reliable, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• You are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• You are proactive and willing to look for solutions rather than simply waiting for instructions.
• You are comfortable using English in day-to-day business communication.
