Job Description

Are you at the beginning of your career and motivated by working with products, suppliers and the commercial side of fashion? Do you enjoy structure, pace and taking responsibility for your own tasks?

This is a unique opportunity to join the reintroduction of TOPSHOP. You will be part of bringing a fashion icon back to the forefront of the European fashion scene while building your career and contributing to shaping its future success.

In partnership with ASOS, we are now integrating TOPSHOP into our brand house under BESTSELLER. To preserve and elevate the brand’s unique DNA, TOPSHOP will operate as a separate entity. This is your chance to be part of building the foundation from the ground up while learning the buying discipline in close collaboration with our UK setup.

YOUR TEAM
You will join a dedicated Buying and Sales team of 9 colleagues, where collaboration and support are part of everyday work.

We work closely with our far east suppliers and with our design setup in the UK. Parts of the setup are currently based in London, and you will be part of the journey of building and shaping how we take ownership of this setup in the future.

You will be part of a team that values structure, ownership and strong relationships, and where you are trusted with responsibility early on.

YOUR ROLE
As Junior Buyer, you support the buying process while gradually taking ownership of your own tasks and areas.

You work closely with Buyers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while learning the full buying process step by step. This includes working with styles, sample orders, assortments and pricing, as well as supporting the overall flow from development to delivery.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Buyers and suppliers in daily operations
  • Assisting with price negotiations
  • Creating styles, sample orders and following up
  • Preparing assortments and calculating prices
  • Following up on production and deliveries
  • Placing and following up on purchase orders

YOUR BENEFITS
This is a role where you will learn by doing and grow your responsibilities over time, while being part of something that is still being built.

You can expect:

  • A strong introduction to the buying function
  • Early responsibility and ownership of your own tasks
  • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues
  • Insight into international and UK-based collaboration
  • A fast-paced environment where you develop quickly

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, curious and ready to take responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by learning and building strong relationships across functions and markets.

You enjoy working with details and keeping overview, and you are comfortable balancing multiple tasks at the same time. At the same time, you are eager to develop your commercial understanding and take on more responsibility over time.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant educational background within buying, business or similar
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
  • Are comfortable working independently while being part of a team
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships
  • Have experience with CLO and/or CLOSET, or a strong willingness to learn the tools

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
To apply, please upload your CV and complete the four questions in the application form instead of submitting a traditional cover letter. If you have any questions regarding the position, you are welcome to contact Liv Nordtorp Frandsen, Product & Sourcing Manager, on +45 61 31 61 17 between 08:30 and 09:30 on weekdays.

Please apply as soon as possible and no later than 1 June 2026. We review applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close the position once the right candidate has been identified.

Location: Aarhus, Denmark

ABOUT TOPSHOP
“Progressive Britain. Punk Britain. Cool Britain. Confident Britain. Diverse Britain. Connected Britain. Global Britain.”
JACK FRYER

Founded in 1964, TOPSHOP is synonymous with London culture and design. Designed in London, TOPSHOP relentlessly prioritises creativity and originality, setting the trends rather than following them. Its collections tell a story, combining timeless design with innovative craftsmanship to create pieces that feel meaningful and original—whether it’s a show-stopping dress or the perfect white tee. A cornerstone of TOPSHOP’s heritage is “sharing the stage,” championing other creatives, whether its musicians, designers, illustrators, writers, or photographers with a focus on showcasing up and coming talent. Through these values, TOPSHOP supports creative talent, brings the best of fashion to everyone and in doing so, brings London's unique energy and style to the world.

Since 2021 ASOS has been at the helm, delivering incredible fashion bringing back the cultural experience that is TOPSHOP.

In 2025 BESTSELLER began a partnership with TOPSHOP to expand its presence in Europe. Visit www.topshop.com or www.bestseller.com
