Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced and driven professionals to join us in Taguig as a Junior Business Strategy Officer.
In this role, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at driving CASA (low-cost deposit) growth, enhancing cross-sell performance, and improving the overall productivity of the Branch Banking Group. You will provide end-to-end support in business analytics, reporting, strategy formulation, market research, and project implementation to help the team meet sales and revenue targets.

What the role will entail
Monitor and analyze branch sales performance, KPIs, productivity, portfolio growth, and customer metrics.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.
Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leaders and regional/division heads.
Support the design and rollout of strategic programs that drive deposit, loan, cross-sell, and fee income growth.
Conduct research, market analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic planning and competitive assessments.
Assist in formulating policies, incentives, and tactical sales campaigns to improve sales activation and performance.
Coordinate the implementation of key strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Business Strategy.
Work closely with branches and internal units to ensure effective execution and monitoring of programs.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or any related business or quantitative field.
Masters degree or MBA is an advantage but not required.
Basic banking, sales, or strategy certifications are an advantage.
Project Management certifications such as CAPM or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
