In this role, you will support everyday business operations by carrying out a range of operational activities. Your work will include processing requests, ensuring data quality, and following established procedures and workflows. Through this role, you will gain insight into how corporate operations work, strengthen your professional competencies, and progressively assume responsibility for your assigned tasks.
You will work closely with international, French-speaking stakeholders, supporting them through standardized service solutions. Regular client interaction will allow you to gain insight into client needs, service expectations, and professional communication practices, while helping to build reliable, consistent, and trust-based long-term cooperation.
No prior corporate experience is required – this role is open to students and graduates who are motivated to start their professional careers. We offer a structured onboarding process, training, and ongoing team support. The position follows a hybrid working model, combining on‑site and remote work in line with business needs and local guidelines. The recruitment process is conducted fully online.
This role offers multiple development paths depending on your interests and performance. You may grow into a more specialized position and with experience, you can take on more complex tasks, become a subject‑matter expert, support process improvements or progress toward senior and coordination roles within international teams.
