In this role you’ll work directly with the CEO on real, high-impact business questions across strategy, performance, operations, finance, and growth. The role is designed as an intensive learning and acceleration track you will be coached closely, exposed to the full complexity of a large e-commerce business, and expected to grow fast. From day one, you’ll be inside a global e-commerce machine, learning how decisions are made and owning real analytical work. If you’re sharp and move fast, this role will scale quickly with you.

This is not a standard junior analyst role You’ll have direct mentorship and coaching from the CEO, and a clear path to rapid career progression.

If you perform well, this role can evolve into a senior position in 1–2 years (strategy, business intelligence, operations, or general management—depending on your strengths).

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Analyze business performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities

• Build and improve dashboards, analyses, and decision frameworks

• Deep-dive into specific areas (pricing, customer behavior, unit economics, operations, marketing performance, etc.)

• Prepare structured insights and recommendations for senior leadership decisions

• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc problem solving

This role is only for candidates who learn extremely fast and enjoy solving complex problems.

• Are a top graduate from a leading business school (or equivalent academic background)

• Have outstanding analytical skills and are comfortable working with data

• Think in a structured, first-principles way

• Are intellectually curious and ask sharp questions

• Can handle ambiguity and figure things out independently

• Want to learn directly from a CEO and take responsibility early

• Are ambitious, but humble and coachable

💵 SalaryThis is not an internship - it’s a paid, entry-level role, with the salary of 1200 Eur/month (gross)

You’ll start with a 6-month fixed-term contract, created as a learning-first start. If things go well on both sides, there’s a clear opportunity to move into a permanent role.
