Due to significant commercial growth, WSP is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Business Development Department. We are looking to appoint a Junior Business Development Specialist in our Nieuwegein office.

In this role, you will join motivated commercial team focused on relationship management, working on insightful projects and business growth.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?

• Supporting the Commercial department in Sales support & Business growth

• Strong stakeholder engagement internally and externally

• Supporting tender and bid selection for different business units

• Support Business Units in Tender Bids

• Maintain the digital Saleslibrary (f.e. CV, references and case bank)

• Keep presentations, one-pagers and templates up to date

• Regular Pipeline reporting by updating basic analytics and dashboards

• Set up and manage business Sharepoints

• Continuous improvement of international collaborations

• Market and client investigations to position WSP in account management

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?

• Completed HBO/WO-level education in a relevant field

• Strong interest in working within a commercial role

• A technical background is not required; interest in or technical qualification can be considered a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proactive and Can do mindset

• 6 month + experience working within a similar role, is a pre

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken)

• Eager to learn and develop digital tools (AI) to improve Sales / BD processes

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. Telephone interview: We'll start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.

1. HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.

1. Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
