About The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that our CRM (Pipedrive) and sales pipeline are well maintained, leads are followed up promptly, and outbound campaigns are executed in a structured and disciplined way.
You will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Partner teams to help manage leads, coordinate outreach campaigns, support events, and contribute to building a modern AI-assisted marketing stack.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, curious about technology, and interested in the intersection of sales, marketing, automation, and AI tools.
Responsibilities
Proposal & Presentation Preparation
Support Senior BD members in the creation and formatting of proposals, pitch decks, and supporting documentation.
Ensure materials align with company messaging, brand standards, and client requirements.
Market & Account Research
Conduct research on target industries, prospective clients, and market trends.
Prepare briefing notes ahead of client meetings to support senior BD members.
Identify potential new accounts, partnerships, or expansion opportunities.
Client Meeting Coordination
Support the organization of client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
Sales Process Administration
Maintain documentation related to proposals, contracts, and commercial terms.
Ensure key opportunity information is organized and accessible for the BD team.
Support reporting on pipeline status, opportunity forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Maintain strong CRM discipline across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure all inbound leads are promptly acknowledged and followed up
Maintain high CRM hygiene in Pipedrive
Ensure deals and contacts are properly recorded and updated
Track lead sources and channel attribution
Monitor pipeline stages and ensure sales processes are followed
Follow up internally to ensure the team keeps CRM data updated
Generate pipeline and activity reports for the business development team
Support the planning and execution of outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Prepare prospect lists and maintain outreach data
Track campaign responses and update CRM records
Coordinate follow-ups and meeting scheduling
Help improve campaign messaging and targeting over time
Support the organization of marketing and partner events.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with event setup and planning
Coordinate event invitations and registrations
Manage attendee lists and CRM imports
Support post-event follow-up campaigns
Track event-generated leads and engagement
Help the team build and operate a modern AI-enabled marketing stack.
Responsibilities include:
Research and test AI-powered marketing tools
Assist with marketing automation workflows
Help integrate tools with CRM and campaign systems
Support improvements in outreach efficiency and reporting
Contribute ideas for improving automation and data workflows
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in business development, marketing operations, sales operations, or similar roles
Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience using Marketing automation tools (Clay, Apollo etc), AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus
Strong organizational and process discipline
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems
Strong written communication skills
Highly reliable and structured with curious and proactive personality
Comfortable working across sales and marketing teams
Willing to learn new tools and systems quickly
Experience supporting events or marketing campaigns
